Like Charge Regions (LCRs) are the regions in protein sequence where only similar charged residues are present, shown in figure below.
In the table above, Column1: Secondary structure, Column2: Length of the secondary structure, Column3:Residue Numbers of that secondary structure, Column4 and Column6: Positive and Negative LCRs, [a,b] represents LCRs of length 'a' and 'b' in that particular secondary structure, Column5 and Column7: Number of Charged residues, [c,d] represents the 'c' charged residues in LCR of length 'a' and 'd' charged residues in LCR of length 'b'
*** The Download-Data has image file of protein, and four excel files, two containing the data for amino acid analysis, LCR analysis and One with data for amino acid in each secondary structure.
