Protein Structure and Sequence Analyser (PSSA) is a module developed to analyse the structure and sequence properties of proteins. The module aims to provide information pertaining to the nature of amino acids that make up the protein, performs the secondary structure analysis and detects the Like Charge Regions (LCRs) in different secondary structures. At present, the module takes the PDB ID of the protein as the input from RCSB, DISPROT and UNIPROT databases.

We are continuously upgrading the capabilities of the module.
